CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF FIELD MARKETING

Our client is one of the largest retirement community operators in North America with over 300 locations – and growing rapidly. The company utilizes a unique concept with plentiful activities, amenities, and programs directed at providing the best experience in senior living. The company is privately held with headquarter operations in the beautiful and affordable state of Oregon.

We have been asked to assist them in their search for a Corporate Director of Field Marketing. We are specifically interested in marketing candidates that today are working in the Hotel and Restaurant sectors of the Hospitality Industry. We would prefer individuals who work with branded companies in support of field operations. Both Staff and/or Regional Marketing Directors would be primary candidate targets for this search.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for building an internal Field Marketing Team that operates as a strategic business partner with the local communities and their management. The position reports to The Vice President of Marketing and will be a key member of the executive team. The successful candidate will manage a team of 10 managers positioned regionally to assist field operating units. We are looking for an individual capable of creating and implementing corporate strategies. A generalist marketing background is preferred with an emphasis on experience working in a multi-unit, branded environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 10 year minimum experience.
• Ability to mentor and manage a large staff.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a team oriented approach.
• Prior experience in leading a field marketing organization.

COMPENSATION

$100-120,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits
