What is the FrancophoneFest Cinema?

Founded in 1997, Arpa International Film Festival's mission is to cultivate cultural understanding and global empathy by creating a dynamic forum for international cinema. The festival is produced annually by the Arpa Foundation for Film, Music and Art (AFFMA).
The Francophone Chamber of Commerce is organizing FrancophoneFest Cinema, a francophone film festival in collaboration with the 13th Arpa International Film Festival which will take place at the Egyptian Theater at Los Angeles between September 21st and September 26th 2010.
