As a Logistics, Parts and Sales follow-up Manager your job description includes but is not limited to:

- Ordering the right amount of equipment, parts and accessories timely, including planning and executing all orders to the Parent Company. liaise with Parent Company in France (Chelles - Paris).
- Receiving orders from Parent Company, entering them in computer and promptly dispatching them to customers.
- Answering telephone calls from customers and agents, entering orders in computer.
- Dealing with transporters and shipping Companies, making sure to always obtain the best rates and service.
- Ordering the Service technicians to their maintenance and repair calls.
- Watching web site activity and managing the loading of new promotions on the net.
- Preparing work accurately for the Accountant on a timely basis.
