The Principal will have a broad set of responsibilities that will include the following:
· Manage and oversee client engagements, delivering exceptional client
satisfaction and ensuring project deliverables/client expectations are fully
met.
· Build and develop new client relationships with hospitals, health systems
and other healthcare provider organizations.
· Through outstanding work and client service, help drive greater visibility to
the practice and firm nationally.
· Maintain a high level of motivation and morale.
· Think strategically and creatively to identify ways to leverage the DRG
offering through cross-selling opportunities.
· Recruit top consulting professionals to the firm, as appropriate;
· Act as a mentor and coach to existing staff at all levels and offer continuous
feedback to assist in staff career development.
· Help build brand identity and increase its visibility in the
marketplace.
· Effectively build relationships across the firm at all levels.
· Participate in company-wide initiatives/programs and proactively contribute
to the successful growth of the firm.
