For one of the top 20 largest hospitality management companies in the United States. The management company currently owns and manages over 70 select service and boutique hotel properties throughout the United States. The portfolio includes independently branded hotels, as well as branded select service hotels operating under franchise agreements with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood, and IHG. Primary market areas include New England, New York, Mid-Atlantic and West Coast.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
This position will be responsible for corporate support of property level sales and revenue management. The successful individual will be a dynamic, experienced, motivated, and results driven individual with a proven track record in multi-unit sales management at the regional and/or corporate level.
We are looking for a great senior leader, highly experienced in working with the franchise community. Prior multi-brand, management company experience is a priority. Existing relationships with Marriott/Hilton/Starwood/IHG would be of particular interest. Progressive skills in revenue management required.
The position requires a high level of leadership and professionalism, excellent organization skills, multi-tasking capabilities, detail orientation, and superior communications skills.
COMPENSATION: $165-200,000 plus bonus.
